About us:

We have traditionally been a mid-twenties friendly group with busy lives, but we make an effort to invite each other to activities we are involved in, and hang out together around the house. We also have friends in a couple of other houses in the neighborhood, so we have been known to go to each other's BBQs, holiday parties, etc.

We like to go out and have fun and stay active on the weekends, but we respect each other's space and try to keep the kitchen and shared spaces neat and clean, even when we're busy. (We do drink, but no smoking or drugs, please.) We are looking for someone who likes to have fun, but is respectful and responsible.

The house has plenty of street parking, is one block from the nearest bus stop, and 12 blocks to Union Station metro (Red line).

• Less than 2 blocks South of H-Street, we are steps from the newly revitalized Atlas District including the Atlas Theater and the many new bars and restaurants on H Street

(H St. Country Club, Sticky Rice, The Beer Garden, The Star and Shamrock, The Red Palace, The Rock N Roll Hotel, Little Miss Whiskey's etc., etc., etc.).
