I am looking for room mate to share the 2 bed room 2 bath pent house with me. The room is in North Quincy very close to marina bay. It is a pent house with great view of Boston Skyline, Quincy bay, Boston Harbor, Harbor Islands and Neponset River. Walking distance to the beach and to the T station. The apt has an amazing view. It will feel like you are living in a 5 start Hotel. It is a Luxury apartment which was build 2 years back, so the utilities are very clean and new. Also the apartment provides shuttle service to and from the T station Monday - Friday (Morning 6 to 9.30 am and evening 4 to 7 pm). The exterior walls of the apartments are all windows so it gives a lot of light to the room and provides the amazing view to the outside if the blinds are not closed.

The walls are floor to ceiling glass looking out at the Neponset River, Boston Skyline and to the Quincy Bay. The concierge service from the apartment shall help you carry your groceries from your car to the Apartment. A Little about me is, I am a working professional recently moved from San Francisco. I work as a business analyst for the state MA. I get up 6am - 8am. I go to bed 10pm - 12am. I eat almost anything. My level of cleanliness is best described as" very clean". I rarely have overnight guests. I party rarely. I live in a 1 person household. Age 28. My work schedule is best described as "professional (9-5)". My professional occupation is health services. I do not have any pets.

Looking for someone who is:
