The home is a three bedroom with a large living room/dining room, wood floors, nice big front porch and a fenced-in backyard, side patio perfect for bbq and smoking, washer/dryer.

RENT IS DUE ON the 1 ST OF the MONTH AND GRACE PERIOD OF 3 DAYS, $200 SECURITY DEPOSIT (refundable).

Seeking CLEAN room mate who works, paid his bill on time, smokes outside, be respectful of others property, can clean up after himself because everyone deserves the right to cook in a clean kitchen.

We have two dogs outside. . .This house is NOW pet free so no pets allowed. SORRY 
