I am currently renting out my extremely large/upscale studio apartment Sunday,
June 3rd until Friday, June 8th at the rate of $800 (I would need the Unit
back @7pm Friday, the 8th). The unit is located right next to the Courthouse
Metro Stop, Route 66, GW Parkway and shopping centers. Currently asking $800
($120/night covers the stay, as well as portion of electric and cable bill)
and includes use of my internet, cable/42"high definition tv and 1 underground
parking space I own. The unit also contains a washer/dryer, dishwasher, brand
new Lazy Boy reclining loveseat and chair and balcony. An on-site fitness
facility, tennis courts are also available. You will NOT be disappointed in
this unit! Please be professional, responsible, mature and respectful of the
owner (myself) and other residents. $800 must be paid up front. Perfect for
someone who needs a place for a few days and doesn't want to pay the
incredibly high last minute hotel costs in the DC area. Again this is NOT a
long term living situation- only for the days listed above. Pics and links of
