About the room: 13'3x10'3 den with a good sized closet. There are no windows
in the room, but the rest of the apartment gets a ton of sun, so you won't
even notice. I fit my queen bed, a nightstand, two dressers, a bookcase, and a
small desk in the room easily.
About the apartment: granite counter tops, washer and dryer in the apartment.
Besides your room, the rest of the apartment is furnished with dining room
table, 2 couches, HD TV, etc. Utilities are extra (less than $100/month).
The building is an awesome luxury building downtown. It's 5 blocks or less to
all 5 metro lines (closest metro stations are McPherson Square on orange and
blue, Mt. Vernon Square on yellow and green and Metro Center on the red line).
There's a full fitness center and barbecue/grilling area downstairs, as well
as a clubhouse you can rent out.
