There are many restaurants, bank of America, Stop and shop, CVS, etc near by.
You will share Kitchen and bathroom.
There is a cleaning schedule to follow.
Pay rent on time is a must.
Rent is $600, utilities included ( gas, electricity, cable and internet).
Street off parking.
No drugs, No smoking
