Beautifully-furnished efficiency apartment with a separate kitchen and direct
access to backyard located just 4 blocks from the US Capitol, 4 blocks to
Eastern Market on a tree-lined, safe street. The main room is 13 x 13 with 12'
ceilings. Tastefully furnished with pieces from the former Watergate Hotel,
comfy West Elm daybed and includes sheets, towels and equipped kitchen (with
dishwasher and European washer/dryer unit). I run a business on Capitol Hill
and own a house on the Chesapeake Bay where I spend most of my time. I share
the apartment when I'm not using it. I typically use it just one or two nights
during the middle of the week -- almost never on weekends. $300 for 3 weekend
nights (plus $40 cleaning fee) -- all utilities included. Available starting
