half and am only leaving it because I'm going to school. Rent is $1,650/month

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and has easy
access to I-66, Rt-50, and I-395. It has a decent-sized living room wired for
Comcast cable and internet. The bedroom is big enough to fit a queen-sized bed
and comes with a large closet. The unit has a washer-dryer and new kitchen
appliances. Street parking is easily available. For the price, location and
space of the unit (it's roomy for one person) plus the washer-dryer, it's been
a great deal.
The landlord takes very good care of the building and addresses any issues
right away. Along with the application, he requires a $50 non-refundable
application fee (in cash), first month's rent, and a security deposit
(application contingent on checks clearing). It is a non-smoking building and
no pets are allowed.
