Hello! I'm a late 20s grad student at GMU looking for two new roommates in my
clarendon apartment. I have lived here for about 2 years now with two guys,
both of which are moving out as our lease comes up on June 30 for new jobs,
etc. I'm pretty clean, a sociable person, but nothing too crazy at the
apartment - it's just not really conducive to it. This is a good neighborhood
with several students and young professionals around. It's about a 15 minute
walk to Clarendon bars and restaurants and around 5-10 minute walk to the VA
Square metro depending on your pace. Also, there's a Giant a 5 minute walk
away for groceries. I don't personally have a car, but there is free parking
in the gravel parking lot behind the building.
The bedrooms are unfurnished, and the living room will temporarily be
unfurnished as well, though there is a kitchen/dining room table. If you have
living room furniture, that would be great! If not, I may be bringing some up
from home, but that probably won't be until August. Basically, the furniture
in the living room is owned by one of my roommates and they are, obviously,
leaving.
