This is an amazing location within walking distance to Foggy Bottom Metro,

Circle. There is a pool on the roof for your enjoyment. The place comes
fulling furnished (couch, bed, Internet, Desk, Chair) and is available for
June and July only. Renter will have to pay for both months to take the place.
I need the unit back by August 1. I have a TV there too, but I would have to
talk to someone before I decided to leave my TV there for the summer, but I am
not completely against the idea. You will have no bills at all. The $2,000
includes internet, cable, electric, water, trash pick-up, and two months rent.
I will also require a security deposit for $1,000 that I will hold in an
escrow account and return the day you move out - July 31.
