I am subletting my room in a three-bedroom apartment on Mission Hill for July
and August. The apartment building is on Fisher Ave in Mission Hill. My two
roommates and I are the first people to ever live in the building, so it's
brand new, clean, and low-maintenance. My room is very large- about 10x15, and
has three large windows overlooking the street. The apartment faces away from
Boston, so sun shines through the whole place making it very bright and
welcoming during the day (though I do have curtains for sleeping in!). There
is a washer/drying IN the apartment, so no need to get any quarters. The
kitchen has brand new appliances, granite countertops, and... a dishwasher! :)
My room includes a full size bed, dresser, two closets, and a bookshelf. All
IKEA furniture relatively new (within past 2 years).
Behind us is woods and McLaughlin Park, providing plenty of place to hang out
during the summer. The closest T stops are Roxbury Crossing & Jackson Sq.
(Orange line) , Heath St.(green line)
My two roommates are 5th year Northeastern University students and they're
very nice girls- easy to live with.
Please email me for a viewing. Once again the rent is $850/month and this
sublet is for July and August - will only take a subletter who can fill for
both months.
