Well hey there, future temporary roommates!! I'm a law student looking to sublet my room in a 2BR/1Bath apartment for the summer (End of May-Mid August). My roommate works in the real world, and so will still be living in the other room, and would share the bathroom with you.

The apartment has stained concrete floors (which helps with the energy bill), is pretty easy to maintain, and has more storage than would initially appear to be (kind of like when Harry Potter first went to the quidditch tournament with the Weasleys, and stepped into their tent, and realized they practically live in a palace!! Actually, not that awesome. But definitely a surprising amount of space). It's also fully furnished, right on the UT Shuttle/Capital Metro routes just off Red River (you really couldn't be much closer to the bus stop--and they'll easily take you to UT and downtown), about 2 miles north of UT Campus. HEB is within walking distance, and the 35 is right there for quick getaways out of the city. Airport Blvd is right there as well, so the Austin- Bergstrom is literally a 10-minute drive if you don't hit red lights (less uncommon than you might think). There's a pool (and an even deeper one across the street!! It's perfect for cannonballs!!), and a coin laundry room just across our baby courtyard (and the laundry room is pretty well maintained-- we've never had any problems with it). Also free cable. And the apartment was decorated pretty nicely, if I do say so myself *brushes shoulder* (but then again, I'm not exactly impartial..).

And as for the most awesome amenities, (oooobviously, I'm referring to myself and my roommate).. We both graduated from undergrad relatively recently, and studied abroad in Rome before then (although we didn't realize this until like six months ago). My roommate's really cool, chill, and like I said, works full time. Graduated from Michigan State, likes nail polish, loves Anderson Cooper. Also, I should mention, definitely the most awesome roommate I've ever had. Seriously. Oh! And she makes the most amazing banana bread in the world!!

As for me, as you can tell, I'm a law student, and huge Harry Potter fan. Graduated from UC San Diego (hollaaaa!!). LOVE nail polish. Also decorating cupcakes like a crazy person. I also sometimes wonder what it would be like to live in Panem. Sometimes I braid my hair thinking that I'm Katniss. I swear I'm not crazy. Well, maybe a little. (I am in law school, after all..) Also, we both love anything Bravo (because you KNOW Andy Cohen's got the 411!!), and any people that are going to move in here best not be hating on the Real Housewives of [insert city with some population of pretentious people]--unless you're talking about NeNe. She's kind of a bitch. But everyone knows that--at least, everyone that matters.. Um.. we're also fans of HyperboleAndaHalf.. and Shit Girls Say.. and #whatshouldwecallme. So that probably says a feeeew things about us.. And by that I mean that we're obviously legit. (Not to mention humble...)
