the property is about a 10 minute biking distance to many places along east 6th and not much further to points downtown. the neighborhood is an eclectic mix of young professionals, families and people that have lived here most of their lives. i know all of the neighbors and they are awesome! the house sits about 80 ft above the river with spectacular views of south and east austin. the sunrises and storms from this vantage point are truly spectacular. im looking for someone to lease on a short term or long term basis. im very easy going with a rather warped sense of humor :). interestes include a wide variety of music, entertaining small groups of friends, healthy eating, fitness, biking, hanging out on east 6th, trailer-food and most anything outdoors. im a busy professional single father with a 12yo that stays at the house about 7 days a week on various days throughout the month. id like to find someone that is comfortable around kids, clean, gay friendly and is over the party phase of their lives. i dont drink but am cool being around those who do.
