offered. My side of this duplex is approx. 900 sq. ft including both bedrooms.
Your bedroom is 10 x 12 with single bed (or use your own) & lamp and large
walk-in closet. Shared bath does have separate sinks with large vanity and
plenty of storage. Huge deck across the back overlooks watershed/nature. All
bills paid including wi-fi. Cable hook-up in your room if you have a TV. Small
dog may be o.k. but must get along with my ChiWeenie (dog). Sorry, no cats.
Close to bus stop, Wallgreens and a few restaurants. AVAILABLE JUNE 1 and/or
upon reference & employment verification. Small security deposit required.
