I have a beautiful one bedroom, one bath apartment in the Estates at SouthPark Meadows that I am looking to sublease from September through the end of the lease (Jan 9, 2013). It is located directly behind the SouthPark Meadows shopping center off of Slaughter and I-35. It is a very spacious apartment for one person or a couple. I have a balcony that overlooks a lake which has a fountain in it as well as ducks bathing all day. There is also a storage room on the balcony. The living room has a gas fireplace and a sliding glass door leading out to the balcony. The kitchen is beautiful and very modern. Black/silver appliances, dark wooden cabinets, beige/marbeled colored counter tops and a dark wood-like floor. (Similar to the photo but with darker cabinets). The bathroom has cream-colored tile with the dark wooden cabinets and very pretty light fixtures. There is also a huge garden tub, and a walk-in closet in the bathroom. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, and off- white carpet throughout the rest of the apartment. There is a carport included with the rent, and I do have renter's insurance through the end of the lease. This really is my favorite apartment I have ever lived in! I moved to Austin for grad school, but now I am leaving the program and moving back home in September, so I need someone to take over my lease.
