I live in a 2 bedroom/2 bath place at Hamilton Apartments. My current roommate
has decided to move back to Boston and that leaves me seeking out a roommate!!
I really love the apartment, so prefer to stay here. The location is great and
the pool/workout facility is 20 steps away from our front door. The place is
super nice and can send pictures to serious requesters.
Washer/dryer/dishwasher included. The room for rent has lots of closet space
and bathroom. I own couches and kitchen table. I do not own a TV though... :(
The complex is small and quiet.
I am in my upper 20s, female, work M-F normal business hours. I do enjoy a
good time on the weekend. I like wine and I like food. :) I prefer someone
close to my that lifestyle.
The location is great. Off south lamar..close to 290 and Mopac..while only
being a short taxi cab away from downtown.
The rent is $1125..split in two, will come out to be 562. Utilities (which
would include cable, internet, water and electric) come out to be
approximately $120-150; depending on the season. If you don't have a TV, we
will have to skip the cable bill. Available July 1st. Dogs okay with pet
deposit. Cats need not apply.
