I am desperately looking for a sub-leaser for summer 2012 as I will be living in DC and my sub-leaser just backed out last minute! You can move in as soon as May 14th! I live at the Block on Leon (four blocks from UT campus) in the heart of west campus with three other girls. They are all really nice and easy to live with! One will be in Dallas for the summer and will only be there occasionally, one will be in San Antonio and will only be there on weekends, and one is from Austin and will be back and forth between the apartment and her home. So it will be relatively empty/quiet most of the time. It is a four bedroom/four bathroom unit so you would have your own room, bathroom, walk-in closet, and covered parking space. There is a huge, updated kitchen with an island in the middle. The dimensions of the bedroom are 10' 0" x 11' 6". I am able to comfortably fit my bed, a large sized dresser, a medium sized dresser, a desk, and a nightstand all in the room. I am willing to leave my bed and furniture so you don't have to move anything! Or if you would rather, I can move my belongings out to make room for yours. There is a fitness center and mail center on site. There is also rooftop access with beautiful views of downtown. In addition, you will have access to the amenities of all other Block locations (pool, tanning bed, fitness center, game room). I am asking for $600 a month (INCLUDING COVERED PARKING!!), which is MUCH less than pay now. Please help me out and let me know if you are interested or know of someone who would be!
