****This In law suite is on the first floor and is attached to a main single family house. It has 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom. The private entry is at the middle of the 3-car driveway. So free parking is only ONE step away. The layout looks like a train. The entry door is directly to the main bedroom. Passing the main bedroom to the 2nd bedroom, passing the 2nd bedroom to the bathroom.

The main bedroom has a full size bed, 32" HDTV, closet, cabinet, dresser, night stand and a chair.

2nd bedroom has a very comfortable twin size mattress bed, microwave, refrigerator, silverware cabinet, shelve, table and chair. My guests often call this bedroom their dining room.

There is a clothes rack area near the private bathroom. A slide room separated the entire In law suite from the main house.

This In law suite is perfect for family of 3 or 3 traveling friends since there are 2 bedrooms and 2 sets of bed.

TRANSPORTATION:

1. 2 bus stops are at the end of block: 10B, 23A, 23C, ART 77, ART 84. All these buses will take you to metro stations in 8-18 minutes.

2. Bus 16Y and 16F will take you directly to DC White House and Capitol area in 18 minutes. The bus stop is 0.5 mile from my house. The cost is $1.50, cheaper than metro.

3. 0.5 to 0.8 mile to Shirlington Transition (20+ buses) and Columbia pike number #16 bus line (15+buses to Pentagon, Pentagon City and Crystal City).

4. $1-$5 movie theater Cinema & Draft House is 0.7 mile away. Free Monday admission during the Football game season.
