Spacious summer sublet--May 30 to July 30
Girl wanted for a big, furnished room in a spacious 3 bed west campus house!
The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with cutlery, plates,
pots/pans, etc. All my stuff will be gone but I will leave you the furniture.
You will get an empty closet, dresser, bed, desk, bookshelf, etc.
The room gets a lot of natural light with four large windows and private
access to the back deck. Shared bathroom with very friendly, tidy girl (the
other roommate has her own bathroom).
Just a ten-minute walk from campus, two blocks from the UT shuttle/E-Bus
route. Five minute walk to Pease District Park, Wheatsville Co-op, Spider
House, Trudy's, etc!
Parking in our private driveway so you don't have to pay extra!
