lots of privacy. Feels like living in a tree house or a beach house. Or some
perfect combination of both. Great for entertaining. Great for relaxing alone
time. Really spacious rooftop, extending from apartment. If you're looking for
a great place to spend your summer and your fall, this is it. It's one
bedroom, but with really big living room (which has an additional bed/day
bed). Ridiculously large closet(s). Centrally located. A short walk to UT, but
far enough not to be inundated by frats or college students. Parking space
included. Could not be better!
