I am trying to sub lease my apartment for the summer. Rent is usually 810 but
I am willing to lower it to $600. I live in a four bedroom apartment but two
of my roommates will not be here during the summer. I live in 26 West it is
one of the best complexes in West Campus. It has just been renovated and it
comes with a lot of things. It comes with the best pool in west campus, a
fitness room, a computer room, a lounge area, and a great staff . It has speed
wireless internet, it comes with cable, and a parking spot. The apartment and
the bedroom is furnished and each bedroom comes with its own bathroom and
closet. Also if you are a student, the apartment is walking distance to The
University of Texas.
