I am Subletting my fully furnished studio apartment for $1800/month.

Move in date: June 8th or 9th

through the entire month of July with an option for the entire month of August.

Note: As of right now I believe that I will be able to sublet through the entire month of August however can not absolutely guarantee as of now, will know by end of June/first week of July.

If you can not sublet the entire time with option for ENTIRE month August please do not respond. Thanks

The rent for the month of June will be prorated and calculated (i.e. if you moved in the the 8th, it would be $1320( for the month) based on $1800/monthly and July will be $1800.00 and August the same if we agree on extending the sublet for that month

The apartment has everything you need, including big screen tv with full compliment of cable channels(dish network).

All bills are included in the rent. It comes with everything you could possible need for a short term stay. A/C, Bed Linens, comforter, pot, pans, glasses, bath towels etc.

Great location with Riverside Park a half a block away and central park 3 avenues away. One avenue away from the 72nd street subway stop (the 1,2,3 Trains) which is a local/express stop.

Truly a great deal in a great location. This is a my personal residence I am not a broker.
