Looking for a laid back person to help with rent plus half the utilities (electric and gas). I would prefer 25-30 and I have no preference to male or female.

1300sf 2 bedroom 2 bath. 2 unit building over an architect and chiropractor so it is quiet. There is a balcony and a washer and dryer. I dont share any walls with my neighbor. The place is very large but outdated. I works for what I need and it is a very friendly building. Very close to Moraine Valley and 294.

I am 25 years old and I would consider myself open minded and laid back. I am a smoker and can be an outside smoker if necessary. I am not a partier and dont have people over often. I am not a clean freak but I like to keep my place looking nice. I have lived here for 4 years and love it. Monday through Friday I work so I am mostly at home during the week but typically go out on the weekends. I do have cats and I would be open to pets.
