Graduating senior looking to sublease my West Campus 1BR/1BA ($670/month)
starting as early as May 20th through July 31st. Because May rent will already
be paid, I am going to let whoever subleases the apartment have the rest of
May for FREE. Covered parking included in rent.
$45 application fee, $165 sublease fee that goes directly to Rainier
Management.
Right off 29th, 2 blocks from Toy Joy. 10 minute walk to campus. Pergo floors
(mock wood) throughout, tile in kitchen and bathroom.
Utilities extra, but because I already have electric, gas, cable and internet
set-up, we can just have them transferred to you. Electric bills for past
three months have been $29.92, $32.45, and $35.03. It's a small complex, so
most of the neighbors know and talk to each other.
I'd be happy to show you the place, I just need to know in advance because of
work/internship obligations.
