I am looking for a FEMALE UT student to share a room with in Lantana
apartments.. the apartment is 2 bed/2 bath.. i share it with a friend and we
have just moved in. The rent will come out to be about $420-$450 including
bills and stuff, parking is also available, pets allowed, no smoking. The
apartment is really nice and spacious, we get to have our own separate
closets.. Only 10-15 min walk to campus and the bus stop is pretty close as
well. The area is nice, clean, and relatively peaceful.
I need a room-mate for summer (starting june) and then for the fall semester
as well.. i am 21 and looking for someone around the same age..
