About This Apartment

My roommate and I are looking for grad/law students or professionals in their 20s or 30s- CLEAN, friendly, non-smokers who are respectful of the other roommates' study/work schedules- to share our 3 bed/ 2 bath apartment at The Triangle (http://www.triangleaustin.com/). Rent includes water, garage parking, high-speed internet, basic TV (plus our Netflix and Hulu), and 24 hr access to a state of the art fitness center. Electricity will be extra ($30-40/each). The 7 month lease will begin August 1st (flexible move-in date). A deposit equal to one months rent is due at signing and the apartment complex will charge $50 for a credit check.

The 1325 sq. ft. apartment has high ceilings, granite countertops, black appliances, cherry wood cabinets and a washer and dryer in the unit. The living and dining room are completely furnished but there is room for your furniture as well. The bedroom is not furnished. It has 10 ft windows overlooking the park, a walk-in closet, carpet, a ceiling fan/ overhead light and can fit a king-sized bed. You will share a large bath (shower/tub, double- sink vanity and a linen closet) with a very clean, heterosexual male.

About us: Me- female PhD student at UT; my roommate - male, IT professional ...We both spend a vast majority of our time on school/ work; enjoy eating healthy, working out, watching movies and college football, dining out, having good conversation/ friendly debate...We keep the common areas clean, don't have pets or wild parties. Aside from an occassional dinner party or movie night with friends, we do most of our socializing outside of the apartment. I often work from home, but between work and travel, my roommate is rarely here.

This is an ideal option for someone new Austin. We will be moving at the end of that term at which time you can sign a new lease with new roommates. If you are a student or someone who doesn't plan to stay the summer, you can finish out the semester with us at our new place (or with friends) without be responsible for summer rent or finding a subleaser.
