Seeking student/young professional roommate to share our home sweet home!
The house is located near Northloop and Lamar, a couple of blocks from the
1L/1M Route to the UT campus. Rent is $650/month including utilities and
wireless. We have a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living room, lots of
windows, covered parking, and a sizable backyard with a vegetable garden. The
available room is the home's master bedroom, roughly 400 square feet, wood
floors, private bathroom and two closets. The room is available after the 10th
of June, though you are welcome to come check it out by appointment ahead of
time.
What we're looking for: A roommate who is interested in being part of the
household's community and engaged in building relationships with his/her
roommates. Someone clean, respectful of shared space, and willing to help with
house maintenance. Preferably between the ages of 22 and 35, male or female,
no indoor smoking, no pets.
Who we are: Currently two artists, a recent UT grad, and an awesome cat live
in the space. We don't host parties without notice, and are a fairly relaxed
group. We garden frequently, and are all fairly active in the Austin
community.
