I'm not going to pull any punches here, I leased this big ass'n place because of the nice shop space in back and proximity to all the parts suppliers I use the most for my motorized bicycle building and computer businesses so I can work from home.

No foot traffic, appointment only from 7AM-3PM customer stuff, that's all the hours I care to deal with customers window is.

I'm a pretty cordial young 50-something age married man with a wife I see often but can't live with while my son is still there.

This is a big house with a lot of room and freedom for anyone that lives here.

I have pics but the BIG room is just that, the living room part has a nice sofa, rocker chair and table and 52" HD expanded cable TV, and the bedroom portion has a queen sized bed, end table, 2 closets, it's own bathroom and driveway external door, etc.Ya, it rocks ;-}

The LITTLE room is just that, about 11x12', your regular 'ole residential room with a door to the hall, a closet, it's own bathroom across the hall and a window that faces the south side of North Mountain like the kitchen window does, a stunning view if you are new to mountains in the desert but old hat to me, half the trails, 'scars' the state calls them, were from under my various wheels and by golly I am a man that got to grow up right around here give or 10 miles and actually not just got to enjoy the hills but the desert too before it was overrun with red tile roofs.

No red tiles roofs around this neighborhood.

It is safe but not pretty on the outside.

Naw, not a dump, just not as good as I was used until you come in the door and I can live with that.

A single mom or dad with kid needing a place this is pretty good, if it's no drama we are good to go.

Separately I can do $375 a month for the little room, $475 for the huge furnished 'apartment in house' room, but if their are two or three and not really little kids I have to deal with and work then I am an easy going guy with 1800sf of space and only use less than 1/2 of that.

You know with that external door, bedroom and living room for entertaining in it, a separate private bedroom and me around all the time for safety two or three enterprising gals may be able to work from home like I do building motorized bikes in the back.

I have 10 days to find someone or all my hard work and savings will go out the door with probably the best if not the only motorized 4-stroke shifting bicycle within 1;000 miles sale.

No punches pulled, I am me and by all accounts a pretty good guy.

I am looking at a little over $1,600 for the lease and utilities.

I did mention I pay all the utilities. No small feat in AZ summers especially when you are a cable TV, Internet, and 'cool household temp' junkie like me.

I see a lot of uses for all my unused living space so at this point I am open to darn near anything to stay here.
