I am looking for someone to sublet my adorable southside loft apartment for
the summer, roughly from the beginning of June to mid-August. It is 700 sq ft
with a vaulted ceiling that runs from the front wall up to the loft. The loft
upstairs contains a cozy bedroom, bathroom and closet. There is a small but
inviting fenced-in backyard with patio off the kitchen-- excellent for coffee
in the morning but also relaxing in the evening.
It is in the St. Edward's University area, walking distance to The Great
Outdoors Garden Center (they have a nice little cafe), and some excellent
South Congress restaurants. The Congress & Oltorf HEB is also walkable, or a 3
minute drive. A quick bike/drive will get you to all of the cool South
Congress shops and restaurants (Magnolia Cafe, Uncommon Objects, Guero's, Lucy
in Disguise with Diamonds, Hey Cupcake! and other food carts, etc.) It is only
an 8-10 minute drive total to downtown.
Apartment is fully furnished but I can move out some of my things as
necessary.
It's such a great place-- I've lived here for almost three years. Nice
