I have had a wonderful experience living at The Avery. While living here, I have utilized the work out room and pool frequently. I have no complaints about these facilities, but have only enjoyed them and taken advantage of them. The staff is kind and helpful. If I have needed anything from the maintenance staff, they have quickly assisted and gave excellent and professional help. I have enjoyed the community aspect of living at the Avery as provided by the Cares Team which coordinates monthly events of games, free food, and activities.

I rate the Avery at a 5. The apartment itself is the perfect size and so cozy. When theres something wrong it gets fized quickly and the staff is so nice. The whole complex is beautiful, especially the pool and the new gym. This is a great location and as well and its easy for me to get to work. Love it!

The community is awesome and safe. Overall, everyone is very friendly. Parking is like any apartment. We also love the ongoing monthly community social events to meet new people in our community.

Honestly I love it. 5 all the way. The place is beautiful, has a nice modern layout and style. The staff has always been very helpful. It's close to anything you could want to do, living in Dallas. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. They even have a cares team to force me to be neighborly.

I love living at The Avery! My experience has definitely been a 5 out of 5. I've been here for almost two years and every request I've ever put in has been met. Everyone in the leasing office is so helpful. The cares team really tries hard to build a community and overall I feel very safe here, which is important to me. For as long as it's affordable and I am in this stage of my life, I plan to keep living here.
