I really liked my stay here. I was only there for a short while but ran into no problems. Rent is cheap and you kind of get what you pay for. It was perfect for me seeing as I didn't have much just moving out there for a few months. I had a studio.. Simple, clean, little out dated but that doesn't matter much to me. Had a few small roaches but in a place like the desert some critters are expected, never got to be a big deal. Neighbors are nice but mostly keep to themselves. Many of them have been there for a while so they were more watchful than anything. The owner was super friendly and flexible working with me and my situation when I first moved there. We worked out a deal for my short term leasing and accepted my dog when no other places would. Not a bad side of town and in my opinion not bad apartments at all.

zero outta zero. roach and bed bug infested. ac never works. nothing gets fixed. cops might as well build a station in the complex as they practically live there. fresh smell of dog pee and poop on the property. RATS! Dryers in laundry mat never work, never fixed and they dont refund your money for it either. Not kid friendly. filled with drug users and dealers.breaker boxes are not lock so kids or adults (who knows in this place) go around and shutting peoples power off. Just a bad places to live all the way around. DONT DO IT..DONT DO IT!!

Is it possible to rate zero stars?? This place is a dumb. You only hear from management when rent is due and the maintenance guy is a drunk. A/C units break all the time. The apartments are infested with roaches and the police harass tenants and their guests all the time. Do not move here!

and yes...management is doing their own reviews...I went over there...and looked at a unit roaches roaches and roaches...the front looks fine but the back of the complex is "gross" no grass, dirt, people hanging outside, clothes being hung to dry on the balcony...projects project...so sad they used to be really nice apartments. My girlfriend moved in a couple of weeks ago and management did not let her see her unit until the day she moved in roaches, dirty carpet, dirty walls and the maintenance guy was mopping with a dirty mop and water...nasty they are not what they used to be...Shame on MEP and management @ Arbor Village !
