We are within minutes of ETSU, local hospitals, the Johnson City Mall, tons of restaurants, and more. We love making our residents feel at home by providing holiday parties and fun events for everyone in the Miller Crest Community. We have a beautiful swimming pool, a playground, a dog park, and a brand new pavilion which will have picnic tables and grills -- perfect for your parties and events!

We are pet friendly here, we only have breed restrictions. There is a onetime pet fee of $300 that we charge. Our community even offers free pet sitting if you go away on vacation! We will check on your pet daily and feed/water/play with them!
