I am student at Western Michigan University and I need to sublease my apartment for the summer. I will be out of state at an internship. You must be female and a student at WMU in order to sublease this apartment. I live at Western View on campus. You would only be renting one bedroom. Both my roommates will be living there over the summer. It is a fully furnished apartment. It a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment so you will your own room and bathroom. Furnishings in the bedroom are a full sized bed, a desk, and a set of 3 drawers that can be stacked into a dresser or put under the bed. Furnishings in the living room are a couch, a chair, a coffee table, an end table, and 3 bar stools at the island. It is a full service kitchen. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. It is $480 a month and includes cable plus the WiFi is the campus WiFi so you already pay for that on your tuition bill. Electricity is the only thing that is separate. It is swipe card access and there is a key to the front door of the apartment and to your bedroom. There is a new rec center right across the street.
