Great for families starting up! My wife and I moved in when we are pregnant with our first child. To keep it short, it is everything that a family would want in a place to live: safe, gated, other families present, mixed community by demographics and age, and quiet most of the time. The community is gated and every night they are checking for people who are parked within the facility unauthorized for towing. We have put in claims of maintenance issues that were resolved the same day. The place is spacious! High ceilings, big rooms, nice sized kitchen, and you even have extra room for storage! The best thing is that they have some units that are income based and they screen their clients, so no felonies, higher level misdemeanors, or bad renter's reports from previous apartments! Overall it's a great community to start a family so call the office, ask for a tour, put in your application and come make your home with a great community!

Love this place

This is a very nice place to live HOWEVER the management is not!!! My husband and I lived there for almost 3 years and we didn't have any problem with the actual apartment/maintenance. We did have occasional problems with our rent suddenly increasing without notice and being charged some fees that did not make sense. We are really upset now because as we moved out recently we did not get our deposit. We called in and the NEW management that is there is claiming that we owe a large amount money due to fees because the prior manager did not file our 60 day notice tenant letter. Since we have no actual proof other than the soft copy letter we typed they are unwilling to work with us in any way. If we filed everything according the managers requirements why do we have to be blamed for her lack of organization and losing of paperwork? it doesn't make sense to us! maybe that's why she's no longer manager but even the new manager is giving us a hard time dealing with this situation. We just want our deposit since we left the apartment sparkling clean when we moved out. Please note that we paid rent every month and even settled to pay some of the lousy fees that the old manager claimed we had just so we wouldn't have to deal with problems. Don't lease here if you are nice people and pay rent on time.
