This renovated building is quiet and owner managed. Renovations included are new hot water, energy efficient furnace and central air conditioning. The kitchen and bathroom are only one year old. French doors provide access lower bedroom. The second bedroom is a loft style attic. Many parks within 2 blocks! Laundry is located in the building. This is a smoke free building.

TERMS

Minimum 1yr term lease. Application fee is $45 per applicant. Deposit is one month of rent & subject to income requirement. Snow removal & yard care is responsibility of tenant. Tenant pays gas, electric, water, trash. There is a solar roof on the house that can provide up to $50/month in electricity that is credited to your bill.
