These folks were awesome to work with!! They kept me informed through every step of the way!! I started out with an FHA Loan and determined it would be better to switch to a conventional loan. My team members were knowledgeable, informative and extremely helpful. All I had to do was sit back and watch them take over. Great team! Great experience!

I was very happy with my experience with Quicken Loans. It was efficient, courteous, and helpful. This was the best and fastest refinance of any other mortgage loan I've ever had. I was especially excited about the online ability to keep in touch and know where you were in the process every moment. It was nice to be able to work with professional and knowledgeable people all along the way. I would recommend Quicken to my friends and family.

Honestly the best loan/mortgage experience I have ever had. Staff was very professional and processed my information very fast and with little work on my part. With the chaos that is my income many previous loan/refinance people were incapable of processing my loan, but Quicken made quick and easy work of it. The people that worked on my loan were always very friendly and made sure that I always understood what was happening and when it was going to happen. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend Quicken for anyone looking to refinance or get a loan. Thank you

It was an interesting experience. Communication was difficult for certain questions. I think they have too many people involved in the process so no one follows up or knows all of the pieces. I had to ask the same question several times. I had to call 1 guy multiple times because he didn't follow up with what ha said he was going to do. When they sent the notary for closing he was 15 minutes late, then he instructed us to sign things incorrectly so paperwork had to be resent. Then some of our closing paperwork had the wrong DOB and place of employment. Quality control did not seem important to the team at Quicken Loans.

Everyone we dealt with at Quicken Loans was exceptionally courteous, friendly, patient, and helpful. The automated process was easy to use and quite informative. What a pleasure to be able to find out the status of the process at any time and to review documents on-line whenever we wanted to. I am totally impressed.
