A really great environment! I had worked with a couple agents at this office and they didn't try to push you into renting something which happens all too often. They have an extremely large data base that seems to have every listing in Boston. Even with prices going up every year I was still able to find something with in my budget. Over all great experience with a very professional staff.

These people are liars and manipulators. They showed me an apartment for April 1st that I loved, but when we got back to the office claimed they "just realized" it was for March 1st and talked in circles about how I was still saving money, convincing me to fill out an application. I changed my mind before the application was accepted and they refused to refund my deposit. Now they claim that I have to sign a lease through 8/31 when the application clearly states 7/31. They have been avoidant and dishonest throughout this whole process and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I went to a few Real Estate companies in Boston and found that most don't even give you what you're looking for, they just match a price with your needs. The folks at Boston Proper Real Estate were very welcoming and helped me find a great apartment really fast. I definitely recommend them!

I went through these guys looking for a nice (proper) apartment. They didn't show me one thing i didn't like, it was hard to make a decision. Excellent service, move in was a breeze.

They were very helpful and showed me a lot of great places. I will definitely go through them next time I need a place.
