We have been here since September and the staff is very accommodating. Our apartment is wonderful. l needed a new dishwasher 3 weeks after we moved in and maintenance brought within 3 days. We love It here.

I lived there from 2004-2006 and I must say It wasnt too bad then, The place is clean and the management while greedy, did not give anyone I knew at least, too much of a hard time. The pool and spa services are decent for a night of unwinding. My biggest complaint is the length of an average tennant. I had friends that moved there that were gone just a few months later. The Management decided not to renew our lease due to us being there "too long", and we were only there for about 21 months. I was told by someone that used to work there, that the apartment complexes in that area, including this one are more or less intended for most of the corporations in the area (Intel, Novellus, etc.) to hook their transfers up with a place until they can buy a house. In short, nice place, but have an apartment guide on you just in case stuff like that happens.

I lived here for a year and liked it just fine. Then, the rent went up $180 a month if I signed a new lease and $220 a month if I didn't sign a new lease. That is extreme! Most of the staff is great - even remembering me and my roommates' names, but there is an older woman who treats the tenants there like we are at her mercy. I hope she loses her job soon. There are plenty of jobless out there who would provide much better customer service.
