The bathrooms & kitchens are still originals from the 70's,dry rotted cabinets & mold.Tubs need replaced & so do sinks. Most units have bedbugs & roaches. If you call & find out the police runs, I am sure they are very high on runs. When they repair something it will usually break again. Only good part is utilities paid. The middle of the square is used by drinkers & pot smokers.Dangerous for kids becauset is used as a cut through to miss the light at 10th St.Alot of immigrants live there.

The apartments are infested with roaches & bedbugs. There are police there all the time,check the local police for amount of calls,they will tell you.Kitchens & bathrooms are originals from the 60's.Small,no closet space & thin walls. Only good part is the utilities are paid.
