I've lived at Post for over a year now and I have thought about writing a poor review several times, but never got around to it. I agree with the person below, this place doesn't even deserve 1 star, if only you could give them less. The staff and management are quite possibly the RUDEST people I have ever met on this earth. Any concern/complaint you have is met with sarcasm and attitude. You will be expected to live with round the year construction which not only includes loud drilling and banging, but also shutting down of water supply, the noise of construction workers spitting over your balcony - oh, and there isn't even a working fire alarm system! WHAT.A.JOKE. I wish I could stand at the leasing office and warn people about this place - I would be performing a public service. If my concern about this construction was met with any form of a response, I would be willing to overlook that. But what I received was beyond me. Avoid this place with every fibre of your being. On another note, my GPS was stolen from my car, there is constant water leaking in the underground parking area, the gym equipment is never working, I mean honestly the list is endless. $1,800 per month. What exactly we are paying for I will never know. Can't wait to move - counting the days.

I have stayed several times in two different buildings, before and after my divorce. Most of the time I found the office busy but approachable. I dealt with an older woman who seemed to constantly miss things on my application. I dealt with a younger person the second time, Senior Leaser and it showed. Very friendly, helpful and understanding.Highly recommended. The manager if the same, wasn't much use, but then I've stayed at other properties of Post, Most of the managers are inept. Male Leasers are mostly arrogant selfish and ignorant. Be watchful of Managers named Erin, Lara or Nicki, rude, often lazy, liars, workshy, letting their teams do most of the work in my opinion, to tenants and staff as I found out before my divorce. Maintenance at Tysons is mainly crewed by men that you wouldn't want to be left alone with. I've sadly witnessed several of them in a bar they frequent and lush fits them, fighting is a past time yet they are never fired. I've reported their behaviour and still I know they work for the company. The Assistant Manager is like the Senior Leaser, welcoming, and efficient, the manager is NEVER there on weekends or beginning of the week. I was always told she was away, or her day off. There are NO mice, but occasionally Ants. I can say I had no problems with neighbors or noise. I have no axe to grind, but certain staff mentioned should be replaced, my ex who is still there tells me the manager STILL is away mostly, the maintenance are beer drinkers (secretly at work, which I know is known) and look it,explaining why things never stay fixed for long.. Apartments are good, clean and warm. Terrible place in winter for ice, same two men Mexican or Spanish I think work constantly, friendly and reliable unlike the rest of maintenance. Change them and get somebody who works, and be rid of the Manager with somebody who actually stays at work and you have a damned fine place.

Cannot agree more with Alexa Helm. Can wait to move out. ROUND THE YEAR CONSTRUCTION - loud drilling and banging, shutting down of water supply, the noise of construction. ZERO PRIVACY - Installation of Fire System takes forever to complete - Numerous inspections and access to your apartment with Little Professionalism. Inspection staff treat your apartment like their playground.

Post Tyson's is horrible. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I can't wait to move out, this is the worst place! Stay away! The management is extremely rude and maintenance is incompetant. Management thinks its ok to have maintenance come in and out of your apt without your permission even when its not an emergency, they have come into my apt several times without my persmission and have made a huge mess, when I reported to Mgmt they said "its our right". My rent has also increased over $250 without any upgrades/rennovations. Look eslewhere for an apt.
