Clean up your foliage debree and standing water problems on walkways. The rotting wood on the gazebo along with the fountain in courtyard, which is waterless are a complete lies. Maintaining residents apartments and townhomes are also a problem. Your out dated pictures look nothing like your real property. I only visited and felt extremely bad for my friend. Who rented this just by those online pics. But now has to break the lease due to unfortunate health reasons of an elderly family member. Along with the fact is being charged 2 months rent for vacating lease because of it. Shame on your false advertising of a run down apartment complex, not fit for the name BOGEY HILLS. This visitor was not impressed. DO NOT RENT HERE under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! This has been the worst living experience I have ever had. I live on the top floor and had three different occasions when water was leaking into my apartment. Each time it took them a while to do anything about it, the time it was coming in my daughter's room took them 3 months to fix. AC went out twice due to not being cleaned properly before I ever moved in. On top of several other issues I encountered with the apartment. Some of the leasing team is very nice and have great customer service, but the actual property manager is terrible to work with!

Very strict on acceptance. Heard from a couple of other people they deny easily and was skeptical until my application. They seem to pick at anything to find and keep the non refundable application and processing fees. When my girlfriend and I first sat down with them, they were quick to put down other complexes and talk themselves up and pressure us if we didn't reserve the apartment it could be gone as quick as the next day. Being in the situation we were in, we needed the apartment, as they knew. After we paid our money we were denied and harassed about a traffic violation I had over 9 years ago. Ridiculous. It is a aesthetically nice place, but unless you have an immaculate credit and criminal history, don't bother.

I DO NOT recommend moving here, due to: 1) The floors, ceilings, and walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. I lived in the middle apartment, and was constantly receiving noise complaints from my neighbor beneath me, and heard everything from my neighbor's above. I woke up at 5am every morning, as it sounded like the elderly couple were moving bowling balls from one side of the room to the other. 2) The apartments are old and cheap. There may be some that have been updated, but my appliances were from the 1980's, and acted like it. I was able to easily fix most of the problems, however the biggest problem was when the front door knob just fell off suddenly. 3) I have lived in many apartments in many states, and was surprised at what I had agreed to when I moved out. For the amount of rent, non-refundable deposit, how they figure their water/sewer/trash, and pricing for any repairs, I paid more in move out fees than in that complex than in any of the 7 others I've lived at combined. It's not worth the price, compared to the multitude of other apartments around you. Sure, for the most part, the staff is nice, although I spoke with them over the course of two years more than I have my other apartments combined. Sure, the area isn't too bad. Sure, they're eager to get you in, mostly due to people leaving so quickly, I'd imagine. Don't waste your time. I sigh a breath of relief that I am finished living there- it pushed me more than ever to buy a home. Rent somewhere else- or at least shop around and ask about: deposits, both refundable and non-refundable (make sure you realize that non-refundable is money that just disappears), any fees that you may have to pay, both before, during, and after moving out, the cost of utilities, during and after (or way after) you move out, if you have a pet, make sure you know pet deposit, both refundable and non-refundable, as well as pet fees per month, the price of carpet, and whether it is pro-rated if there is any damage when you move out.

Good place for families and duck enthusiasts. Pros: Quiet, affordable, helpful staff, easy access to I-70 or 94, washer/dryer hookups, laundromat, fireplaces, duck pond for those with an excess amount of stale bread. Cons: Their apartments are nice, but have the most awkward layout ever. My apartment wasn't very energy efficient either. Not sure how other buildings were but mine had rather thin walls.
