From what I understand, this place used to be a wonderful place. Sometime in the last few years, the current owner bought it from the original builder's mother and I could not feel more sorry for the woman, who still lives on site and has to watch it deteriorate. I worked here as the apartment manager for a total of two months. The current manager does not care whatsoever about this property - and if he does, he has a funny way of showing it. I told him on several occasions that I had no experience as a property manager whatsoever before I started the job, yet he did not train me. I felt terrible for all of my wonderful tenants, and even the not-so-wonderful tenants, because I had no idea what I was doing. I was in over my head from day one. There is no on-site security, there is hardly any maintenance, there are constantly police being called because of drug addicts/dealers/cooks. What once was a lovely living community is now the joke of the area. My advice to you, unless your credit is shot and you don't have much else of a choice, don't even consider this place. There are so many wonderful people here, but they're all suffering because the management has no sense of teamwork or organization.

over two weeks now and they still have not started to get my apartment ready for move in as promist , they just keep moving the date up like they dont even care. i now have only 4 days to vacate my home and have to place my stuff in storage... looks as if i will be apartment hunting again..... stay clear

They like to ignore maintenance requests and I'm not a pest

They don't answer they're phone at all and they ignore tenant requests. Not recommended at all.
