I am looking for a female roommate for the 2014-2015 school year! I am going to be a Junior in the fall at the U of M. The apartment is a house turned into a fourplex. There are two bedrooms, 1 bath. Utilities are about $60/mo (electricity, water, internet/cable). Gas is included in the rent! The apartment is less than a block from the #3 bus. The apartment has a nice kitchen, big living room and big rooms. (9x12ft). I currently live in the apartment and need a new roommate since my current one is moving out at the end of the year. There is off street parking for 40/month and on-street parking too right outside the front door! No pets are allowed and only two people are allowed to live in the apartment.
