I like Value Place because it's quieter. You don't hear your neighbors through the walls like you do in other places. And plus it has everything that you need when you gotta stay away from home for a little bit of time. And it seems like the people that work here go out of their way to help you and make sure your happy.
I got so comfortable I dropped my phone. But nobody complained. It's always the same so you owe it to yourself to give it a try. I don't know if my last post went through because my battery came out of my phone. But I'm sure I'll be welcome back. Ok don't forget to try it and I want have to tell you to tell everybody else, you will do that naturally. That's why I'm here because some family member let the secret out. Don't worry I'm sure if it gets to crowded that they will build one right beside it.
Clean and great people there
This place was a terrible place to stay at and the price was way overpriced. Don't stay here.
The other reviews are obviously from regular people, not road warriors such as myself. You name the brand, I have probably stayed in it. I select Value Place when I am going to be in a city for a week or more because I enjoy cooking for myself and my people. At this VP, I stayed in the "back" building. The room and property was very clean, spotless, really. I have my own cooking items, they all fit in a large size rubbermaid container, and grocery shop daily for whatever I am going to prepare. The only negative, in my opinion, was the bread smell coming from the Dolly Madison factory next door. I was always hungry! For those who don't know any better, stay at the Marriott in downtown Columbus, or out near the airport at the Doubletree. No, they don't come make your bed like your mom does, and no, they don't clean the room daily, so you must be some sort of slob if you can't keep your own surroundings clean. I highly recommend this VP for the budget conscious traveler. If you don't smoke, stay off the smoking floor, usually the highest floor. BTW, my star rating is based on similiar properties, not comparing VP to the Drake Hotel!
