Two buildings -- 44 units (SE Portland) and 17 units (NE Portland) need regular preventative maintenance, capital improvement planning, occupied maintenance, grounds upkeep, minor landscaping, part time office hours, emergency after hours maintenance, tenant relations, regular communication with Regional Property Manager. The majority of leasing, all rent collection and notices are a function of the main office.

Skills required: minor plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, carpentry, tile installation, turnover maintenance, exterior maintenance. Excellent communication skills are a must and priority concern for this position. Must have reliable vehicle. Our style is very electronic: online software, automated work orders, electronic funds/payments, email, text, gps. Minimum of 70 hours per month for routine duties, frequent extras for maintenance projects at additional hourly rate, compensation package includes 2 bdrm apartment (living onsite required, see description below), water/sewer/garbage paid, smart phone, internet, mileage reimbursement.
