I'm shocked at how low the rating for this apartment is!!! Maybe old manager/ staff or whatever plays a part but me and my family have lived here for over a year and just signed a new lease. The amenities speak for themselves and the constant movie nights and activities they plan for the residents is amazing. Yes the movie theater and basketball court are not open 24/7 but its pretty obvious this is for safety reasons. A negative is we've been eyeing the town homes for a while but unfortunately no one seems to move out of them :(

Thus far, I like Las Brisas. Office staff: My application and paper work stuff was being helped by Mrs. Christine. Mrs. Crystal given me a last minute tour when they about to closed. Thank you. Mr. Brandon helped me with minor needs and very friendly and helpful. Mr. Maurice the maintenance staff was very flexible, helpful and prompt when I put in my work order. Although, technically it depends when you view the building -- I was on the 4th floor. Though I lost few pounds getting up and down the stair cases; I would recommend 2nd floor instead or 3rd floor. Facility: Pool, recreational facility (IE: Game room, meeting room, cozy family friendly like room, GYM with kids play room area, and another room that mom, guys and gals can meet and have coffee or just have adult conversation) and basketball court were all good. I do think they can do little more with kids outdoor playground. :-)) Noise: majority nice and quite. Although I am located close to the main road; I did not hear loud traffic noise. Some noise on the attic after mid-night was concerning to me. I did addressed this issue to the office staff. More to follow on this. Parking: I would recommend to modify the parking plan. It's too congested when I came home after 6pm. Community Activity: Breakfast every Saturday morning with great healthy choices of meals. Great healthy activities: Zumba Wednesday and P90X type of activity on Saturday. I would hope movie night should be towards the weekend like on Friday evening because majority people go to work and kids go to school during the week. Overall: 4 stars. Thank you all. Keep up the good work. I will continue to monitor this review as needed.

The apartments were decent, nothing too spectacular. The appliances were all low grade, the motor in the refrigerator constantly sounded as though it would go out at any given moment. All in all, my experience with my actual apartment was not too terrible I'd say. What earns the 1 star however, is the nightmare I've gone through trying to move out. I never was given a letter warning that I was approaching my 60 day window to write an official letter that stated I was not going to continue living there. Watch out for that! The month to month rate that you'll have to pay, if you are even just a couple of days late with the notice, is a lot more than the number you're told for the lease payments. Luckily, the roommate I had during that time had already put in the notice. After weeks of stressing over paying 2,000 more than I'd originally thought I would owe, I was relieved to hear that number would be back to the normal amount instead. So fast forward a bit, about a month and a half later. They finally finished everything for my final bill, and the number is higher yet again? Apparently, despite the fact that I never had a single animal of any sorts in my apartment, or even near the door of my apartment, I was charged for pet cleaning. My carpet was immaculate, I vacuumed it weekly at the very least, and had never spilled anything, ANYTHING at all on it, but I was also charged for stain and soil removal? Where I believe I should owe nothing above and beyond for my carpet cleaning, somehow I am left paying over 200 dollars instead? This place is shady, extremely shady, and they are never able to tell you why really, just what the paper tells them. All in all, I'd steer very clear of this apartment complex, plenty of nicer options around the location anyways. This place will absolutely make it a nightmare when you are leaving, and they will certainly attempt to drain every bit of your money through every shady way they can dream up!

Apartment community was AMAZING when I first moved in. Friendly kind staff that appreciated you and treated you like a friend. After 4 months of living here the community was bought by lawyers that changed EVERYTHING! The amenities are now closed at 6pm! 5pm on Sundays! Like how is someone going to be able to enjoy that. Traffic, errands you have to run and things that you have to do that by the time you are ready to go do something everything is closed. Numerous times I spoke with the manager he was absolutely RUDE. He doesn't care for feedback and will do things his way. Typical lawyer mentality given the fact that they fired the old manager to bring a husband and wife that is friend to run the business. Great community ran terribly. DO NOT LEASE HERE!

We LOVED these guys when we first moved in. The amenities are spectacular the staff are friendly and helpful. But then we stuck around...the apartments great, there was a lot of damage to the place but whatever less we get charged for when we leave. The worst thing about here is the constant changing of the rules and NOT for the benefit of the residents. First it was handing out pool passes so our teen couldn't be in the clubhouse, then it was demanding to see our pool pass anytime we went near the clubhouse, and now they've changed the amenities closing time to 6PM. 6PM?!?!? I haven't even gotten out of rush hour traffic yet by 6 PM yet the basketball court closes and so does the rest of this gorgeous lounge style clubhouse and office area? Why am I paying for amenties I don't even get the chance to use?!?! Sad. I really liked it here.
