The apartment itself was nice. The office staff was friendly and helpful. However, there are entirely too many covered parking spots and not enough general parking. It was so bad there were nights when I had to park my car at the Sonic next door because the lot was completely full. There is an indoor basketball court that management rents out to non-residents at their discretion. This is unfair to us residents because it is amenity that is paid for in our rent, so we should be able to use it anytime during operating hours.

I've resided here since June 2011. Its an apartment! Staff friendly, attentive, free movie rentals, quick response time with maintence requests. Nice residents and its centrally located. A Good in between place to live. Elementary is good! Could use more attention to the grounds in back. All in all its been a positive experience for my children and I who needed a quick place to lease. Yes I'd release and refer!

I'm from highland park and these are the nicest apartments I have ever seen in my entire life. The management is superb. The pool is amazing. I don't believe I will ever leave I will probably die in this amazing complex.

New management is horrible. Had water pouring in upstairs and she tried to tell me it was the air conditioner. I knocked on the upstairs apartment and guys check toilet was flooding apartment. New management did nothing until we called the again. Rats or squirrels I between floors of second & third apartment. Marcus insisted they needed to come into my apartment and go through everything. The front door was locked and even though the have managed apartment for 6 months they can't figure out how to come through garage. They insist the rodents are somehow getting through my second floor apartment. This new management is lazy. They forget to unlock the bathrooms in the workout area almost everyday and only unlock one pool gate that is closest to them. I am looking for a new place as soon as my lease is up. These people really don't care.

Recently Moved out of these apartments. I COULD not wait to leave. I lived in their 2 bedroom apartment. The complex is beautiful, the apartment itself is amazing. The only reason I hated these apartments is because there is NO parking absolutely none at all, MANAGEMENT is HORRIBLE, the LAUNDRY room has old cheap washer's and dryer's that do not work. I literally had to hand wring the water out of my clothes because their washer's SUCK @SS. To top it off. When I moved, we didn't get our security deposit back, instead when I called to complain and have management revise the final invoice, she charged us for a repair that would typically be paid by the complex. Then after she gave me a credit for it, I told her my remote wasn't even credited back onto my account (promised by SEQUOIA, when I originally signed my lease) She said, lets just call it a wash, I don't owe anything, they don't owe me anything. B.S. They still owe me about $400 in my deposit, and I'm supposed to call that a wash??? DO NO LIVE HERE EVER.... You will regret it.
