The apartments are nice and spacious. I wish I was not required to rate them. It's not the physical characteristics of the property that are at issue. From the beginning we have had problems with the the staff and management at Hillside Ranch apartments being rude. They were so sweet and nice while we were shopping for an apartment but once you sign the lease the facade comes off and the reality is a very SOUR experience. They will sell you a line about how wonderful their response time is to maintenance issues, they offer gift cards for referrals, etc, etc. It takes months to get maintenance issues resolved and multiple requests. The girls in the front office are RUDE. The manager does not respond to calls. The 'gift cards' take months if ever to arrive for payment. The front office looses rent payments and then charges outrageous fees for their mismanagement in handling payments, even when it is proven they received it and deposited it. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headaches go find somewhere else to lease.

I've lived at sagewood, dakota ranch, hillside and a few others. Hillside was nice. a bit expensive for what you get and I didnt like the $60 parking permit. I lost mine when I got my car fized and had to pay it. I lived in a large one bedroom and loved it. It was quiet and people are friendly. I learned it seems like only girls live in one bedrooms! Though the multpile rooms are loud.
