The landlord is rather bitchy and there are some people who basically lay on their horn to get people to come out. Some idiot has a loud sound system in their car with excessive bass and that is something I get to deal with on a weekly basis. There have been cops called here at least once in my tenancy here for kidnapping. The apartments are fairly nice, but our hot water sucks and part of the faucet tends to fall off in the tub. The price is really reasonable and the inconveniences are minor and if you aren't used to luxury the apartments really aren't bad. I do NOT like the landlord at all, though. She is never here and she isn't reasonable or understanding with her tenants. I have not had any personal issues with this, but I have a neighbor who had two of their motorcycles stolen. Of course, management did nothing.
