This place has continued to be a disappointment. Cons: Thin walls. can hear my neighbor's loud music. apartment complex nor my neighbor did nothing to correct this upon nicely asking. washer machine broke - took them over 3 weeks to get me a new one. My bike was stolen from the bike racks inside the "gated" parking garage - apt complex did nothing Gate is open more than its closed. Lived here for two years (only due to convenience) and they randomly decide to issue notices to remove all items from our balconies and patio that are not permitted in our contract, which are furniture that is deemed for the patio and only ONE outdoor plant. So I can no longer store my bike on my patio nor my 10 plants that I used for my little garden. They raise rent every lease between $50-75 and they don't allow you to sign a lease longer than 10-12mo. So, they can continue to raise the rent every year. --- they REQUIRE everyone to pay a trash pick up fee every month that is basically only limited to a trash bag and the garbage chute is conveniently 50 feet from my door. Pros: Close to work

A saying goes "you get what you pay for", but not in this case. The units are pricey: $1300+ for one bedroom. This wouldn't be so bad if you could actually enjoy what you're paying for. - construction is very bad: no soundproofing (you can hear your neighbors clearly), weather stripping poor around the doors and windows are aluminum, drafty and sweat to the point that you have water standing in the sill. Our electric bills were twice that what we paid for bigger unit in Irving before moving here. - roaches in complex entering your apartment from under the balcony door where there is 1/4" gap. - charge for trash service is mandatory but once you leave your bin outside, your neighbor's dogs "mark their territory" on it (no hydrants nearby?). We just handled the garbage ourselves. Management is aware of this as well as dog excrement and urine often in the middle of hallways but they can do little without some pet owner policies and enforcement not present here. - management does not care once you are "in". If a neighbor above you decides to run treadmill shaking your ceiling at 3am keeping you up, the management will tell you that you should respect other people's schedules. - they have courtesy officers that do nothing. Frequent noisy parties or radio blaring at the pool at 1am is not addressed often after 3 complaints (every hour). They will tell you that they are "notifying the courtesy officer" but often nothing gets done. Honestly there hasn't been one week where we had gotten an uninterrupted night sleep. You have been warned: if you want to sleep at night go elsewhere.
